About us

Welcome to our modern studios in Studentski Grad!

We have created a space that combines convenience, comfort and an excellent location. Our goal is for every guest to feel at home, whether they are visiting Sofia for a few days or for a longer period.

We are located in one of the most dynamic areas of the capital - close to universities, sports facilities, restaurants, shops and convenient public transport.

We pay special attention to cleanliness, amenities and good service to ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay for each of our guests.
